added knights and disciplined medium infantry and longbowmen units, and code for longbowmen and knights and their POA changes

lots of edits to charging/charge interrupts, evading, and movement, flank charge side realigns, unable to charge bugs, fixed some things and introduced some other bugs, but slowly moving towards less buggy movement and combat
