AITypes, coordinator fixes

added a new aitype dropdown on unit selection page with aggressive and defensive ai options, in addition to default which is existing ai. made various fixes to the visuals of pike and spearmen combat coordinators, various bug fixes and improvements, improved/fixed issues with light foot combats
