Polybian Romans, movement fixes

many significant improvements to basic movement, pathfinding, facing, anarchy charges, evades, routs, etc...to fix up many small issues with movement. Still a long way to go, but much improved on this build

added knights as a special sub type of lancers and put them on the medieval English and French lists. Added new Republic faction ie Polybian Roman with protected heavy average and raw impact foot and veteran spears, and significantly overhauled the Carthaginian (Mercenaries) list including adding veteran mounted javelinmen. Added disciplined medium spears as auxiliaries for some lists like the empire (hellenistic), mercenaries etc...along with veteran version (kind of stand in for hypaspists or veteran thureos for pirates ie illyria).
