added units and army lists for ancient greek city states including sparta, athens, thebes, thessaly, syracuse, phokis, aetolia and also updates to visuals from other lists with greek units, especially illyrians, added concept of some armour, lightly protected, armors and above and below average quality, various minor fixes, chanes to UI on unit selection to how how many options are in a dropdown

also did first pass on changing up navigation and effects of terrain, units (other than main line in formation move) will generally try to navigate around terrain they don't like, and generally get more terrain maluses, and also manpower delta maluses, in combat
