lots of minor fixes, some unit speed changes, added an optional hard difficulty (just adds 2-4 more units depending on army size to enemy ai), some fixes to erroneous movements, increased line shift distances, stronger ct effects of elephant and warband charges, some formation move polishing like slowing down while rotating, some fixes to goad shoot moving, large shield and full armor improved ct vs shooting, unarmored decreased ct vs shooting, light troops shooters move to shoot enemies that outrange and shoot them, better light lancer evading, only light foot not light horse drop on overlap non lights in open, added double drop chance on 150+ poadelta combats, increased harm to poa from hindrance, severe disorder and fragmented from 25 to 30%, increase casualties on impact and speed,  right click maintain formation move and acquire new facing, alt right click move maintain formation and facing
